My twelve year old daughter Carley had her friend over, and their conversation over dinner gave me a few chuckles…
…and something to think about.
They were talking about the possibility of building a real-person house out of pizza dough.
After the conversation turned to Hansel and Gretel, Carley said that evidently children can fit into ovens, so naturally anything is possible.
Anything is possible.
Maybe not logical, but possible.
I wonder what kind of world we could create if we lived more from a curiosity of what is possible than a condition of what is probable or logical.
For me, I wonder if it’s possible to finish my CD by the end of June. I could look back over the last couple months and say, based on how busy I’ve been, it’s not logical or probable that I will finish it in the next few weeks.
But, I’m curious to find out if it’s possible.
For others it might be wondering if it’s possible to save a relationship, or give your heart to a new one, or overcome an unhealthy habit, or see a loved one’s condition improve, or get that promotion, etc.
Let’s be people that take action from a place of curiosity as to what’s possible – even if it’s building houses out of pizza dough. 😄
