If you want to get a little bit more positive momentum going your way, I have an idea that you can try.
At the end of my day I take a moment to reflect and think of how I made a difference that day – even if it seemed minor or insignificant. My goal is to come up with five things, but I just start with one. If that’s all I can get, that’s fine.
I actually have a separate journal just for this activity.
Some days it seems difficult to even think of one thing. That’s because sometimes a difference we make can be very subtle. However, I’ve found that, once I’ve remembered just one thing, it’s so much easier to remember more.
The more you do this, the more excited you become about the difference you are making. The result is you start seeing more and more opportunities where you can be the difference.
Try it tonight and see if you don’t feel a little bit more positive about your already awesome day!
Cheers!
